Reviews

You can turn reviews on or off in Settings. Besides that you can choose if you want to moderate them before going public. You can set that by setting “Auto allow reviews” to “No”. If set to “Yes” - reviews will automatically displayed on your storefront. Each review also has “Rating” that is a required field. This is used for calculating product rating which will be displayed below the product name. Once you turn off reviews - all reviews will be hidden from your storefront. Managing reviews is done from Products -> Reviews.

You can see an example below, there are three review statuses.

1. Reviews with a white background and bold letters are new, which the administrator has not yet read. If the Enable AUTOMATIC REVIEW REVIEW option is enabled in Settings -> Basic, it will be displayed on the site immediately (as in the example below).
2. Reviews with a gray background have an X in the "approved" column, which means that they will not be displayed on the site.Reviews with a white background that have been reviewed and approved by the administrator.
3. Reviews with a white background that have been reviewed and approved by the administrator.

In this case, two reviews are approved and only those will be displayed below your product (image).
