Shipping Methods

TAU Commerce supports multiple shipping services. You can add shipping services from Settings -> Shipping services / methods. Each method should have a name and default price. This price will be used if no shipping rules are defined for this specific method. You can also add a base tracking link to it which will be used to create a tracking link one order is shipped to your customer. For example DHL can have a tracking link that looks something like this “https://dhl.com/tracking/PARCEL_NUMBER”. In this case base link would be “https://dhl.com/tracking/” and once you ship your order and insert parcel number (example) 123456 your customer will receive the tracking link “https://dhl.com/tracking/123456”. If you leave this field empty customers will not be able to track their order.

After adding shipping services you can proceed to creating shipping rules. Shipping rules will help you customize shipping methods and prices for specific cases. Below is an example of the shipping methods offered to customers.
