Your customers may have questions about your store or specific product and that is why we have created a FAQ - Frequently asked questions section. Here your customers can post questions and you can answer them so that all other customers can easily see them. FAQ is defined as a block and can be added to any page. This block may display just some questions and answers or can display all the questions and answers. We encourage you to create one page that will be called FAQ and will display all the answers and questions and add most important questions to your homepage.
