You can make certain changes in this section:

• Add HTML to be displayed in the left / right above the top navigation
• Adjust image quality and dimensions

Image compression defines how much an image should be compressed. Higher the compression, smaller the image hence faster load times and better Core Web Vitals score. You can also change image sizes. If you change this opinion and are not happy with the results you can always reset it to default. Please keep in mind that images are resized once every day so changes that you have made will not bi visible until tomorrow.
